TIME WITH THE PENSIONERS SERIES: Embracing a Positive Lifestyle

The KNUST Wellness Centre recently held a meaningful meeting on May 30th, 2024, at the University Community Centre. This event was part of the "Time with the Retirees" initiative, a collaboration between the Ghana Pensioners Association-KNUST Branch and the Wellness Centre. It aimed to improve the health, wellness, and happiness of retirees.

Led by Mr. Rabbi Darko, a Counselling Psychologist and Secretary at the Wellness Centre, the session focused on encouraging pensioners to stay positive for their mental and emotional well-being. Mr. Darko suggested activities that bring joy and practicing gratitude as ways to nurture their spirits.
